60fps Footage in 24fps Timeline is Choppy

I haven't had this issue before but I was working on a project in a 24 fps timeline and on every 60 fps shot (not slowed down) that I used Neat Video, the final render is choppy with ghosting; almost stop motion-like. Is this a bug or a setting that I have incorrect?
