Render Failure due to NeatVideo

I've using Neat Video NeatVideo5PR(SR).Pro.UB.5.6.6 with Premiere CC 2024.5 and Premiere CC 2025.0. My OS is 14.7 (23H124). The machine I'm using is an Apple M2 Ultra with 64 GB.
Neat video works like a charm with Premiere CC 2024.5. All following versions from Premiere CC I get rendering errors. The source material is ProRes 444 from an Arri Amira and B-Roll from a Canon C70 (Cinema Raw lite) CRM. It happens with both, ProRes 444 and CRM from Canon.
All other plugins working perfect, just Neat Video gives me render errors, again. Please help.

Please kindly send a message to support[at]neatvideo.com and include a download link to a test project (with a short clip and with Neat Video applied to it) allowing to reproduce the problem. We will run it, reproduce the problem and identify the cause. Usually such errors are caused by the codec used by Premiere or by a corruption in the source clip itself.

Vlad, thanks for responding. Please read my text first! It worked with an older Premiere CC, so the video-files are not the issue here. The codec are professional standard codecs, the files itself are not corrupted and your plugin is the only one that doesn't work. Please fix it.

I read your messages above before replying. Please kindly respond to my request above. We need to reproduce the problem and for that we need a reproducible test case (a test project with a short clip and Neat Video applied to it) that is known to show the error on your computer.

Vlad, the problem doesn't exist with one or two clips, but with the whole project, which is too big to send to u with all the files. I use Neat regularly. If the error occurs again in the next project, I will be happy to proceed as you have requested. But if it is due to the video format or a faulty file, why does it work with an older Premiere version?

I guess there is some change in Premiere's codecs that affects the way some file types are read and recoded by Premiere. That may be different for example when regular simple effects and for temporal effects that ask Premiere to provide several input frames. Premiere may fail at the latter.

To diagnose the problem we need to find a way to reproduce it on our machines. So far all clips that match your description above do not show this problem on our test machines. That is why we need a reproducible test case that is known to show the problem on your computer.
