I had a nvidia GTX 580 Ti card in the past with core I7 980x CPU. Now i have updated this videocard with a GTX 780 Ti.
I founded it strange that my rendering speed is still the same.
What can be the cause of it ? I unstalled the firmware of the 580 card.

What is 580 Ti? Are you sure it is Ti?
780 Ti is quite fast in NV according to our tests:
Frame: 1920x1080 progressive, Radius: 1 frame
GPU only (GeForce GTX 780 Ti): 17.2 frames/sec
For comparison:
GPU only (GeForce GTX 580): 10.3 frames/sec
Please post your Optimize log and we will compare the figures.

GPU power is used most efficiently when frames are large. When frames are small (like 720x576 or actually 720x288 since it is an interlaced video stream), a lot of efficiency is lost because too much time is spent on overhead start/stop activities as well as transferring small frames to the GPU and back. The GPU is fast but supplying it with data is still the same slow as before, so the difference in GPU speed does not matter anymore since the bottleneck is elsewhere (probably in data transfer and start/stop processes).
To check whether 780 Ti itself works with adequate speed please run the same Optimize test with the same parameters as I quoted above:
Frame: 1920x1080 progressive, Radius: 1 frame
