At each start of the new FCP X 10.3 release we get a warning message listing the non compatible plug-ins and the NET VIDEO is part of that list
thank you in advance to update ASAP the N.V. Noise Reduction plug-in to fit with FCPX 10.3

Please use the original download instruction and license to download and install the latest update of that plug-in (v3.6.1). It should work correctly with FCP 10.3.
