Problem in photoshop

Not sure why this is happening but when I save a filtered image and open it in photoshop it is unfiltered. This just started happening. The processed image opens filtered in Picture Window.
Any ideas what could be going on ?

Do you open a wrong file? Please try again and pay more attention to the file name as well as its type. I believe this will help.

Did some more work on it. Found that even though layers pallete only showed one layer . It was not a background layer. I had copied a file and pasted it to a blank layer. When I flattened the image everything worked fine.. problem solved. Great product Vladimir. Can't wait for the plug in version.
