When to resize an image

Hi,

Just downloaded Neat Image last night to try - looks very good.

One question though. I have high res photos which I then reduce in size for the web. Would I be better using Neato to reduce noise before or after the reduction in resolution of the image?

I'm guessing reducing the resolution will remove some of the noise itself?

Gary,

This depends on the original image. If it is very large, then it is probably easier/faster to reduce the size and then filter it. However in case of digital camera images, I would filter first and reduce the size afterwards.
