Minolta Slide Scanner Profile

Is there a way to create a profile using your own IT8 Color Test Targets for use in a Minolta Scan Multi Pro Slide Scanner. Does Neat Image have these targets in digital form to compare with my IT8 charts when do a device noise profile?

If not what is the current procedure used in noise profiling Slide Scanners? Thanks

You can also use an alternative target provided it has enough flat featureless areas of different brightness.
