You've written on several occations that NI needs a rectangular area to analyze for accurate filtration. PhotoShop allows for multiple rectangular selections by pressing the shift key. Would it be possible to add this sort of functionality in future versions of NI to allow for several small rectangular selections in the same image to be added together?
BTW, I think NI is a fantastic product as it stands now.
Yes, NI needs a rectangular area for analysis. Another requirement is that this area should be solid. Using several rectangular areas in most cases will produce inaccurate analysis.
