upgrade to Photoshop plugin

I'm considering to buy Neat Image right now, but I'm really interested in the Photoshop plugin version. If I do so, will be there some extra charge if I wish the plugin when is ready?

There will be an extra charge for the upgrade. However, upgrading will be less expensive than just purchasing the plugin version.
