add drop down menu for saved quality

Put a drop down menu under the filter tab so the save quality menu can be readily accessed without going to batch editor. This way the slider and saved format can be changed job to job alot easier. I had to email tech support to find out how to change this after I ran my first batch. I simply wanted to run a single photo and did not have a way to change it without going to batch.

There is NO need to go to the batch window to save a single image.
