Upgrade from Pro to Pro+ Version

I just went to the upgrades page. I did not see an option for upgrading from the Pro to the Pro+ version.

I would very much like the PS add-in version.

I have had the Pro version for only a couple of months.

How much is the upgrade, and when will it be available for download.
