Making Image fit window

I just down loaded 2.5. It says that one of the new features is "Click on zoom level figure makes image fit the window" I still get an image no smaller than 25%. My files are 35mm B&W scanned at 5080DPI. Is it impossible to get the entire image to fit the window or am I doing something wrong.

25% is minimum zoom level in Neat Image.

Probably we will add smaller values as well to make large completely fit. So far minimum of 25% was enough. But if you ask then we will look into this.

It would be good if I were able to see my entire image so, yes, smaller percentages would be good but not number one on the list.
