Upgrade Pricing: Full credit or Not

Post by ralford »

Apparantly you have to buy and register a product before you can see the price of upgrading from the home to pro versions (and similarly). This information is important to a initial buying decision.

What are the upgrade costs - not new versions of same product level, but to upgrade to higher level.

Are customers allowed FULL credit when they upgrade a product?

Why do you hide this information?

:-)

The upgrade page has been just updated to compensate for this deficiency:
http://www.neatimage.com/upgrade.html

It says: "Cost of upgrading from one Neat Image edition to another one is equal to the difference between standard prices of these two editions."

This is how it was all the way, just the details got lost at the web page during recent updates.

Thanks. That is a more than fair policy.
