Unsharp mask before or after Neat Image?

Hi,
say that before printing a photo I do some adjustement in brightness, contrast, then apply an unsharp mask; what is the most appropriate time to apply Neat Image?

I would apply Neat Image before all other adjustments, here is why:

However, there is no restriction and in principle you can use Neat Image in any part of workflow if this suits your needs.
