Neat Video & Neat Image community

Hi can you create or add feature for this forum like a place people can use to chat or communicate direct to the IT support? just a thought.

It would be nice to have this feature somewhere in this website since it is more direct.

I am afraid any further development and even fixing bugs will not be possible if we start chatting.
