Very low freq filter setting for 4K

Hi, I've been using NeatVideo plugin for a couple of years now, and I'm working mainly with 4K material. I've been very impressed about the plugin, and I use it quite frequently.
There's a problem, however, with the "Very low freq" filter setting with 4K footage, it does not work very well with this resolution leaving some very low frequence noise ("stains") into the image.
However, if I've worked with the very same footage down-res'd to 2K, the "Very low freq" work well with very good results.
I'm sure there are numerous users working both with 4K and NeatVideo. So, would you kindly try to improve this setting to create better results in 4K too.
Many thanks!
