Premiere Pro CC 2014 master clip effect not working

Post by jpaana » Wed Jul 23, 2014 7:06 pm

Hi,

Premiere Pro CC 2014 brought a handy feature where you can add effects to clips and have them applied to all instances in a sequence. I tried adding NV as a master clip effect, but couldn't get to adjust it in any way, nor does it seem to get applied to output. Got the same error dialog as if I have different clip selected than displayed in program monitor. I guess version 3.5 doesn't support this feature yet?

This may be a limitation of the plug-in or of that new feature of Premiere in general. We are investigating this now.

Thank you,

Is there any currently known workflow for using the neat video plug-in with Premiere's master clip effect?

No, it seems to be a limitation of the current version of Premiere CC 2014.
