Reduce noise in selection, ignore other parts

How about providing some selection tools that would allow users to remove noise from selected portions of photos (e.g. remove noise from sky and ignore buildings/trees)? Cheers, Kevin

The best selection tools are those provided by an image editor. To complement them, Neat Image plug-in is able to filter only selected image areas.
