Missing password / username email

I purchased NeatVideo via SWReg about a week ago, I have a receipt and order # from them but never received a way to download the software. My email is

anton@shavlik.us on Aug 15, right after you placed the order. Please check the spam filters / spam folder in your e-mail account, the e-mail may be there now.

I've received the receipt email from SWReg again today, but I don't see any information for downloading in it. Nothing in my spam folder either. An email can be sent to
heidifilms@gmail.com as well.

We have just re-sent that e-mail to both addresses. Please check if you receive it in both e-mail boxes. If you do not receive it at
anton@shavlik.us then it means there are e-mail filters at that server (at the hosting) that you may be not aware of.
