filter for PW 3.5

Hi my photoeditor is picture windows 3.5 pro (digital light & color) i'll be happy if you can make a filter to be use with it as you have made for ps.
btw picture windows is simply fantastic as neatimage is

Massimo, does the latest version of PW support external plug-ins in any way?

I have checked the website and it seems there is still no support for plug-ins.
