Hot pixels, and hot pixel artifact after noise reduction

Other than removing hot pixels, I would also like to see a function toe remove the black dots that results when using dark frame subtraction and when there are hot pixels..

Removing black pixels shouldn't be very much different from removing hot pixels. Thank you for the suggestion.
