Old profiles no good

It said "the profile was made by and older version of NI and that it doesn't contain the image area neccessary for noise analysis". I have never seen this message before in any of my versions. BTW I use Pro+4.0. So people have to make all new ones to share???

Yes, there was no such thing before. Now, in v4.0, with improved noise reduction engine and new profile format, we have to either build new profiles or convert old ones because using just old profiles would not provide the highest filtration quality. Many old profiles have been already converted to new format and are available in the Profiles section of Neat Image webpage.

Which camera do you use?
