Error message when using "send to" command

In windows explorer, when I try to send an image file to Neat Image by right clicking on the file and selecting "send to", I get the message "Command line switches are not supported in the unregistered copy of Neat Image." I just purchased the Pro edition and registered it. Is this a bug?

Have your entered the license data into application?
