Problem opening in PS 7!

Hi all!
I can open my filterd tiffs in every program except for Photoshop!
I get an error that say it "encountered and unexpected end of file"
I'm new to Neat Image and have no idea what's goin' on.

Did you try to open the original (unfiltered) TIFFs in Photoshop?

Could you provide a sample image that demonstrated this effect?
If we could reproduce the effect then making a diagnosis would be much easier.
