Neat Video & Neat Image community

Would it be difficult to include an easy way to update the user's software? The best I have seen is the strategy in Qimage ---www.ddisoftware.com/qimage

The menu for Help/About Qimage tells you the version you are running, the lastest version available, and gives you the options to view the release notes or download the latest version. If you click on "download" it will do just that (assuming you are online), save it and give you the option of closing your current version and installing the new one.

I would love to see this sort of thing will *all* of my software!

Well, it is a good idea. We will consider including this option in the next versions. Of course there will be some drawbacks as well but it can make upgrading easier, you are right.
