Unable to scroll after opening

Hello-

A quick question for someone who may know:

I am using Neat Image on WinXP pro and after opening an image in the INPUT IMAGE window (or in any of the 4 windows), I am unable to scroll up or down and then the program locks up entirely -- does anyone else have this problem or know how to fix it?

Try to restart the computer and then check whether the trouble persists. Sometimes such an effect occures when Windows runs for too long.

Try to drag the image instead of scrolling. Use Space key and then move the image with the mouse pointer.
