I have the demo version until I evaulate it. My problem is that when I go through the process and select apply only part of the image is cleaned. For instance on a shot containing two people one will have the noise removed whilst it remains on the other. I also find that half a face may be processed but hte other sude is untouched. I am using a MAC. Do I have to upgrade to the Pro version?

The trouble is most likely caused by the lack of flat featureless areas suitable for analysis. If the image contains no such areas then Neat Image cannot build an accurate profile and resulting noise reduction is not accurate as well. Please consider using the Calibration Target to build an accurate profile. Build a profile using the target, then save the profile and open it when you process the working image.

BTW, the Demo version of the plug-in will indeed process only a part of the input image. You have to upgrade to the Pro version to be able to process the whole image.
