Hard drive crashed - can I redownload?

Help!

My hard drive crashed. Am having to work from my laptop. Can I redownload the program? Also, how can I get copy of my serial number/registration number resent to me?

Please send an e-mail to the Support (specify your name, edition of Neat Image you registered, and at at least approximate date of purchase).
