Neat Video & Neat Image community

Hi everybody,

I just installed PS CS2 and the latest NI plugin under XP Pro x64. The NI stand-alone app works just fine (even though I have a Matrox Parhelia graphics card). The plugin works fine in the older PS CS, but in CS2 it crashes PS right when the progress bar disappears. The very first time, I got a core dump but now it just dies quietly. I did change the Matrox settings since I had it in the "stretched" mode but still no luck. I'll try an older version of NI which I have laying around but even if that works, I'd like to use the newer/better version 5.1

Any ideas?

Actually, this only happens in 16bit mode. It just occured to me to try 8bit and NI works fine there. Doesn't really do me any good since my workflow is 16bit until the end...

Could you submit a bug report to Neat Image team using this page?

Also, if you could send a small sample image that shows this effect on your computer then it would help us diagnose the issue as well.
