Neat Video & Neat Image community

hello, my computer died and now that i have a new one i'm a bit discombobulated

trying to reload all of my programs.

i had originally saved my licensed version of neatimage onto a cd, it is NeatImage_2.22_pro.pkg and there is also a profiles folder.

i am now using mac osx 10.4, and my cameras are canon 20d and canon g3. also photoshop cs2 if that's important.

could someone please guide me or lead me to the instructions on how to restore the proper version of neatimage and profiles onto my computer? thanks

If cases like that, please always ask Neat Image support in the first place. Please write to MacSupport at neatimage.com and we will help you.
