HELP! My pictures are really GRAINY!! :>(

I did a big photo shoot with multiple models. The photographer gave me a CD full of images & every single one of them is EXTREMELY noisy & grainy. I am very upset because it's the first time I used an important modeling agency. They are asking for the pictures but I'm afraid to give them such bad images. I tried using the default settings in Neat Image but it didn't help. I then turned up all the settings (I just got it so I don't know what I'm doing). That didn't do anything either.
Is there somewhere I can post a few of these bad images so someone can tell me what to do? I'M DESPERATE!
