What more Pro+ provides than Pro?

What more Pro+ provides than Pro?

I am considering Pro and Pro+. I know the Pro+ can serve plugin for other photo editors. Are there any important features missing in Pro other than plugin function?

The Pro+ edition is the Pro edition plus the plug-in. The standalone applications that are part of both Pro and Pro+ editions are functionally equivalent.
