Upsampling

I wonder if NI could easily be extended to be a good upsampler for those poster prints? I imagine that NI already calculates a lot about the location of edges so it may be able to do a better job of upsampling than other software.

Well, theoretically it probably could but I imagine it would require quite a lot of additional work to build such tool. Anyway, we will think about the idea.

Thank you,

I had recently thought of the same thing. There are some good upsampling tools such as Genuine Fractals, etc., and algorithms such as GREYcstoration and NEDI, but it would be WONDERFUL! if Neat Image could support upsampling images all in one tool.

If you could implement a high quality upsampling algorithm, it would be a fantastic advantage for Neat Image, and would blow away the competition in the noise removal realm too, you would really have a huge advantage feature-wise.
