which setting produce better results (I don't care about speed that much)?
With Batch ->
Auto Profile Input Images or Auto Match Profiles + Auto Fine Tune Profiles
(I am using it mostly on pics from Canon 20D if it matters)
The second option may provide better results if you use a good set of high-quality profiles.
To ensure the top quality of noise reduction I also highly recommend you to get in touch with the support to find a way to update your copy of Neat Image to the latest version.
