Upgrades

Does your company provide free updates? Also, my system, not recently, has been crashing facilitating the need for a complete reinstall. If I burn NEAT to CD can I use it wtih the unlock key. Or, does the key change...

We usually provide free upgrades (all upgrades were free from version 1). We do however reserve the right to make a non-free upgrade occasionally. In any case, if you purchase a license for the current v5.2 then you will get free upgrades for all v5.x. You will only need to backup your license to be able to re-download the software when necessary. I highly recommend to download a fresh version instead of using a CD backup because newer versions are always more stable and have more functions.
