Improve "HELP"

I must say that your help file is good and will be difficult to improve apon.

I do; however, have a couple generic ideas:

Move "Overview of Filtration" into the "Induction Section".
Create an "Overview of Batch Processing". (using same style as "Overview of Filtration")
Create an "Overview of Application Options". (using same style as "Overview of Filtration")
Try to remove anything repetitious or superfluous. (although it is rare, there is a little of this)
