error message on opening - resolved

Hi there- have dowloaded the trial version to see whether to buy the full program. On trying to open any of the JPEGs from my D70s, I get a 'floating point division by zero' error message appearing in the middle of the blank screen.

Tried re-installing, same problem. Anyone know what I might need to do to resolve this?

This may be caused by faulty EXIF data in the image. Could you send a sample image to support@neatimage.com please? - I will reproduce the effect and will check what exactly is causing it.

Problem solved: it disappeared when I re-booted the computer. My suspicion, for what it's worth, is that it was something to do with a disc management program that I had running prior to the installation. Now working ok...
