Troublesome color blotches.

Would you please suggest settings in NI to get rid of the green/blue color blotches in the face of the wave of this shot?

I've tried all different types of variations in NI and can't get rid of it. Is it impossible to fix this?

There are two approaches that can work:

1) build a noise profile using Auto Profile and then additionally manually fine-tune it using areas in the face of the wave;

2) build a noise profile using Auto Profile and then in the filter settings try to enable the Very Low Freq filter and increase the Cr noise level (up to +80%).

Holy Batman, Vlad! I could swear that I tried those same settings and failed, but they worked like a charm on all my noisy surf shots just now. I think I may have also shifted some other sliders at the same time and messed it up.
