edgardo,

Could you send (support at neatimage.com) me a sample image that produces this effect please?
I will reproduce the effect and will check what is causing the trouble. It may be a corruption in the metadata in the image, or it may be a bug in the plug-in.

Thank you,
Vlad

Update: We have been able to reproduce this effect, it is caused by that Pentax profile set (delete it to make mathing work correctly with 5D images). We are now working on this issue to fix either that Pentax set or the plug-in itself.

More news to follow.

hi.

i tryed with other files and it worked ok. i think it might be a problem with some files that are corrupted during the conversion from RAW to TIFF usign the Capture One program.

thanks a lot for your attention.

edgardo,

We are now working on this issue, it seems to be related to those Pentax profiles. I will post an update here (most likely tomorrow) so that you could try an updated version of the plug-in with those 5D images. It is quite possible that we have already identified the source of that trouble and will fix it in this update.

Thank you,
Vlad
