Linux wine, Tools/Batch profiler: can't enter directory

Hi,

I am just starting using Neat Image under Linux and it generally
works fine using my native Win98 partition.

However, under Tools/Batch profiler, I can't enter the name of
the directory where the jpeg files are. I can't type text in the
"Folder with Calibration Target Images" box. If I click on the
button next to the box, wine tells me

"wine: Unhandled page fault on write access to 0x00300063 at address 0x4019a23a (thread 0009), starting debugger..."

and hangs.

I am using Wine 0.9.16.

Has anyone else met that problem and what is the solution if any.

Thank you.

Richard

Hi,

It is normal that the text cannot be typed in in that field, but it is not normal that pressing the button caused the crash. We will try to reproduce this effect to see what is going on.

Generally, building profiles using Batch Profiler is not frequent operation so you may want to do that in Win98 once and then use the produced profiles under Wine.

Thank you for reporting.
