While this forum is mostly about the software called Neat Image, I can suggest the following regarding the problem with the camera: try to remove the battery from the camera and then put it back after a few seconds. Then turn on the camera again.

Thax for your quickreply. I have already tried this. I have also changed the battery, charged and replaced them again. Nothing helps .
I try to send it back to where I bought it. I hope this is covered by guarantee.
