I downloaded the Panasonic FX-01 profile and try using it with the pictures from my FX-01. However, NI was not able to match the profile name with the EXIF information. I have checked visually that there should be a matching profile. Could you please advise what other prossible areas should I look into to solve the problem?
I have no problem matching FZ-5 profiles downloaded from your site with pictures from my FZ-5.
Neat image cannot find a matching preset for the input image
The subject says "cannot find a matching preset for the input image". Is it really preset or profile that is mentioned in the error message? - If it is preset then it is most likely that you instructed NI to use preset matching in Options (menu Tools | Options | Defaults | Default Filter Preset) when preset matching is not possible. Do not forget, preset matching and profile matching are independent things.
