Device Noise Profile Size

I created a large set of device noise profiles for my Canon 5D, which I submitted to Neat Image for posting. They posted my profiles, and I downloaded them to see how they were packaged. To my surprise the file size was drastically smaller than my original versions. For instance, all of my profiles are 70 to 130K each! However the repackaged version of my profiles are between 6 and 10K each.

My question is, why are the repackaged profiles such much smaller and do they contain the same amount of noise reduction information?

The profiles in the library do not contain noise samples that were embedded into original profiles. This helps to decrease the file size yet doesn't affect noise reduction process.
