Advantages of upgrading?

I have the demo version and it is fantastic! I have PS 7.0 and Elements 4.0. What advantage is there to upgrade?

Make larger JPGs?
Plugin means I can use it inside of PS?
Batching allows up to 50 files

Yes, all that you mentioned and also you can save the ouput images in lossless formats (TIFF, BMP). Work with 16-bit images. Support Photoshop actions. Etc.

Thanks. I saw the feature map. If I upgrade and my JPG is 1-2 MB, can you estimate how large the resulting file can be. I know it depends on the filter....

Unfortunately, there is no way to estimate the JPEG file size because it depends on image content.
