Windows to Mac

Hi,

I sent an e-mail inquiry to nilic@neatimage.com on Nov. 11th, but did not receive a reply. I'll post my question here for a response.

Approximately 2 months ago I purchased a license for Neat Image Home+ edition for Windows. Shortly after, the motherboard on my computer died and I've since purchased a Macbook.

Can I transfer the license I purchased in September to use Neat Image on my new Mac?

Hi,

nilic@neatimage.com is not correct address to send e-mails. Please use the addresses specified in our Contacts page in such situations.

Nevertheless, I did receive your message from Nov 11 and replied on Nov 12. I will now re-send that e-mail. If you don't receive it today please e-mail me an alternative e-mail address to contact you.
