Hi all.
Old computer died and new one has Windows Vista. When I open Neat Image I get a message that says
"HTML help is not installed in the operating system. Neat image user guide from the help system will not be available.
Please use other formats of the user guide available at www.neatimage.com ."
The first two lines of the help screen dialogue box are grayed out. (Help and Contents.)
Has anyone else who uses Windows Vista seen this, or is just me?
Thanks.
Windows Vista and Neat Image Help - resolved
This issue can resolved in following way: go to menu Tools | Options | General and then enable the Do not check help file on startup option.
The Neat Image help is still fully accessible via the Windows Start menu in Neat Image group.
The next update of Neat Image will fix the help issue.
Hope this helps.
