No effect event with Neat Image

I took a shot with my D2H knowing I was going to encounter some noise at ISO 800 with exposure compensation of +1.0. I applied Neat image with the default setting to the photo and previewed the shot. It made no difference what so ever. I have used Neat Image to batch process a lot of my wedding shots, but I am very confused why it does not make any changes to my shot.
My question is in what circumstances will there be no changes to a photo run through Neat Image.

The most likely reason in an incorrect noise profile. Please review the way you build the noise profile for that image. Please use the step 4 of the quick start guide for reference. Make sure the area used for analysis contains some visible noise.
