Help please

I recently purchased Neat Image and have downloaded to both my home PC and Laptop

Everything works fine with the exception that on my laptop only I have no preset filter options eg Advanced etc. all I have is the default option

can someone please tell me what I need to do?

Please go to menu Tools | Options | Folders | Preset folder and click Reset

This should help.
