Just started using Neat Image, wow what a great software.

to my question, can someone please tell me, when I go to Noise Filter Setting the small square shows the preview of the selected area, then when I go to Output Image only the selected area is filtered and/or sharpened. what about the rest of the image I wish to apply the same filter etc.

Sorry if I'm missing something that should be obvious

Please let me know which workflow do you use: this one or this one. I guess you use the first one, but to be sure, could please confirm which step of the workflow is causing troubles?
