Does neat image also improve color issues usually accompanying grainy photos.

Usually this problem shows itself the most at the highest iso's

I guess this depends on the type of issues. Could you post an example? - Perhaps we will then be able to identify the issue and then it will be clear if NI could be used to treat it.
